Analysis and improvement of the alignment and vibrations
We carry out a specific analysis of vibrations to assess the state of the rotational and reciprocating machines and detect possible deterioration in bearings, misalignments, imbalances and clearances. This analysis makes it possible to identify the early onset of deviations and take preventive action before a failure occurs. We combine these data with verification of the system’s final alignment, making the necessary adjustments to optimize load transmission, reduce vibrations and improve the overall efficiency of the propulsion line.
