Before intervening in the propulsion line, we carry out a detailed analysis of its initial condition, assessing vibration, temperature, and alignment in order to determine how the system is performing under real operating conditions. Vibration analysis allows us to understand the behaviour of rotating and reciprocating machinery and to detect any signs of deterioration in bearings, misalignment, imbalance or clearances. Thanks to this analysis, we can identify the early onset of potential deviations and take preventive action before they develop into a failure. We combine this data with temperature measurements and alignment checks to obtain a comprehensive view of the condition of the propulsion line and to accurately plan the necessary actions.
